What's to say, utter, utter rubbish.
Couldn't log on, went through to a call centre in India, she didn't understand me any more than I her. I said that I needed to take three months statements to my accountant today for VAT quarter, she very kindly offered to post a copy of then to me!
I'll be making an appointment with Nat West business advisor later today. Unbelievable, whilst on hold leaving this review, after approximately 20 minutes, I was cut off!!!
Like others, I dearly wish that I could leave this review with no stars, they don't deserve any!
