Sadly you can't giveless than a star on this review. On hold for hours waiting to get through to a call centre in India, that provided no resolution whatsoever. The best they could do was give a contact number of a relationship manager back in the UK. They could not go off script, be proactive or show initiative. They were completely unaware of any of our business details.
