I am based outside the UK so I needed a HR provider who could support me 24 hours a day and act as the conduit between my operational managers ensuring they complied with best practice and employment legislation. I use the companies hronline system to review the advice logs and have an escalation process to ensure no dismissal action is taken without my approval. I did look at membership based organisations who provide a similiar service and who are featured prominently in the reviews I have just read below. I do not work for a competitor nor do I work for the service provider. In all in 12 months of working with Peninsula and them representing me successfully in two Employment Tribunals and one Industrial tribunal I am very happy
