This company can't to offer me support in my business . They where putting in place hand books and works contract this guy was offering good business back up . Was never told that a contract would be for 5 years . That I would NOT of signed to
Appointment was made to come to discus the information for the booklets and contracts they where going to supply , I had to cancel due to work and re arranged a appointment which the the lady turned up on the wrong day . That was the last I herd from them . A few months later I decided to close my business and notified them of the closer . In June 2011 I wrote to them and got a reply thank you for informing them they look forward to hearing from me in the future . Then in march 2012 u revive a county court letter . They where taking me to court for £8000.00 they want the five month contract paid in full . I filled the letter in exposing that I felt they have not full field there part of the contract . But this was sent back to the business which I once owned . The letter was forward on to me and the next thing I can't get no help of Citazens advice beacouse it's a business debt . So know they have been to my old business to have a walk in order to remove goods . Know they are going to want to come to my home where my children are scared to death and I feel like rverythink I've worked for has not been worth it . Know I'm having to go to a IVA. Or even bankrupt to get this sorted . I
A single mum doing my best and this is what they do to .... And the bill as know gone to £10,000 I wish I could go to court and tell them what I think off them THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SORTED I just hopes IVA gets in place soon but the horrible ate still gunna take from me
