“Totally unprofessional - don't bother”

Do NOT use this company - they ignore any communications that you put to them and simply quote "you are tied in to a five year contract".

I asked them to put together contracts for my staff. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they simply copied my existing contracts and staff handbook, then e-mailed them back to me. They were littered with mistakes including incorrect salaries.

I complained. They ignored me and sent out threatening letters.

This has been going on for 10 months now.

They are an absolute embarrassment to themselves and I urge you not to use them.
