As with others I went through a website which links to censura and I have to say it was, on the whole a terrible experience. Advised to go for the wrong card Revision material was not working properly No answer to Emails Denials when you try to contact by phone Promise of fast track taking days but I am still waiting weeks later Go direct to CSCS and save getting caught out. I went through a website www.healthnsafetytest.co.uk, also paid for the full package, test, revision and card, used the revision material - not worth the price they are charging, don't mind about booking the test myself, the thing that gets me is that you cannot contact them if you have a problem. I am still waiting for my card from CSCS they say they have not been paid from the third party so will not issue it. I have emailed a number of times and get the same automated response. I... “CSCS Card Application Softw, pure con, doesnt actually...”

Bought a Full Package from this company for over £70 which included cscs test, revision material, cscs card and the cscs application software to speed applications up You get a voucher for test which you then have to arrange yourself as the times they have are only provisional but they fail to mention that Revision material is quite good and works Card Application Software wont even open ,for 10 days now all it says when you try to open it is "Your card services will be activated in next... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I believe they are con artists. I booked to take a CSCS test. They sent me the confirmation e-mail and course videos (which were all mainly in broken English and one just wouldn't play). When I turned up at the test centre on the alloted time and date it was closed!!! I tried contacting Censura as per their help section (a nightmare) sent four e-mails and just kept getting automated responses saying they will deal with my enquiry within one working day. I am... Censura Consulting Limited do not provide any guarantee of the date upon which a service is intended to be provided, a test to be taken or product delivered as these may be subject to change and are in some cases affected by a third party service delivery partners efficiency. In this agreement the Customer explicitly acknowledges that he fully accepts that his order pertains to and is exclusively for, the provision of a product or service i.e. the arrangement of a ‘test’, the processing of a ‘card application’ or the supply of ordered revision materials and or other products or services similarly, but that his order is NOT for a date and time when such products or services may take place or be delivered. Once an order has been placed or paid for, the customer shall not have the right of cancellation with a view to obtaining a refund due to the specific reasons of; a) A delay in receipt of any of the services or products ordered or, b) A variation to the Customers preferred choices for their receipt of any of the products or services ordered, nor for any other reason for that matter.
