Absolute Jokers

Fuming, after speaking to a woman on the phone, i originally thought she was very nice and very helpful. She again like others stated say you pay £189 for the log in and password, to which you have a month to apply for grants to see if your eligible. After 30 days another £189 will come out of the account, that gives you an extra 11 months to keep re applying for funding and grants for your company. So although i was after something small like £3000 she said i may be eligible for alot more. I questioned it and said so worse case scenario, i get the password and log in paying £189, search within a month but don't find any grants for me, cancel the membership and lose out on £189? She basically unwillingly agreed to an extent but then rambled on about how many people they have helped with funding all over the UK, that they are confident they will find the right funding for me and to think positive etc. She also said if you do get a grant, all you need to do is right a review on our page about how we helped you with funding etc at the end of the year and you will get in full the two installments of £189 you payed. Which i am now realizing thats why they have 0 reviews!! After being an absolute sausage and searching through 100's of 'funding' applications, to my shock there was nothing!! I spoke to someone who had sent me the link strangely, told them i had payed and they said cancel it immediately! I had done it on my mums credit card as you tend to be a bit more insured/covered and i still had a small doubt in my mind when paying it. We phoned up the credit card company and within an hour of me paying the money it had been taken out of the account. Horrible people, if your after a grant/funding of any sort your obviously struggling and not made of money, so the fact that people can be so 'nice and helpful' on the phone to you knowing there taking money off you when they shouldn't be is disgusting!

Phoned the lady up today, she could tell i wasn't happy. Told her to cancel the membership now and give me a refund. Her tone started to change. Seems to change every time that figure by reading other reviews. She said i will cancel it but i will have to get customer services to ring you up and deal with it or something, which will be in touch within he next 48 hours!

Looking back at it now it seems so obvious, but after speaking and explaining it to other people, and the way she explained it to me it was very convincing. HOPEFULLY i should be able to get that money back, otherwise thats another debt to pay! Apologies for the book iv just wrote, as you can probably guess, im still a bit rattled by this! lol Learnt my lesson, well done to all you people who cracked it!
