Well reading below i now feel a fool, wish i googled this review when on the phone to them.
As the login details did not work, rather than waiting i searched for reviews, came across this site and called my bank straight away. As i willingly gave my card details it cannot be classed as fraud and so I have to dispute the transaction. As i was quick enough the transaction has not gone through yet. So I have had to cancel my card to stop it due to it not being fraud.

It takes time to activate your account, as you would have been informed of upon making your purchase. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours (a brief wait considering access is purchased for a year.) So, if your login details did not work, that's not fraud -- that is either you trying to login before your account was established, as you'd been notified, or there was an error with your account, which contacting client support would have quickly resolved.

I have notified my bank and put the transaction in dispute. Also I will be informing Trading Standard of their practice
