This is a plc company that tries to appear like a government organisation, hence the .org in the website name. All they do is sell you access to a useless database on where to find various government grants and loans, which you can find for free anyway. The company seems to be working in Canada also doing the exact same thing. They are likely to target people on the phone where they will ask for your credit or debit card details and ask for two payments of £167 VAT (which is non-refundable), to make it sound less expensive and also subcribe you a a £9 a month newsletter through the post (you can cancel this though)
