Oh god I wish I had seen this before I handed over my money to these frauds...I have just contacted the Valuation Office myself to be told that Laneset have withdrawn my appeal as they accept that there is nothing to be changed. The times I have spoken to them they have told me that my appeal is progressing and I should expect a refund shortly. They really pressured me to pay the £475 saying that as they VO had accepted the appeal then we would definatly be getting a reduction. This I now no is all rubbish. I will now be shutting up my shop and going out of business as I had replied on this reduction and refund to get me through this very hard time. How can they get away with doing this to people its a disgrace and immoral.
As a group can we not all do something to shut these people down contact me on snappytd@hotmail.co.uk and we can see how many people have been conned. I am devastated at the moment.
