Do not use this Company! They persistently phoned my shops last Autumn insisting I was paying far too much in business rates and my case was a complete 'No brainer'. They insisted on being paid upfront £474 (I realise now that this should have started alarm bells ringing as a lot of companies do not ask for payment up front). I have been told by the VOA that rate reviews are based on a specific moment in time (in My case 3 years previously when the retail climate in the area was ok) hence no case. I rang them to discuss why they hadn't bothered to find this out before taking payment but the Phone is constantly engaged! They did not answer my emails however they did answer the email from the VOA on my behalf. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH FRUSTRATION WITH A COMPANY.
