As an owner of a small business, I always assumed that my business rates were correct. I mean, who am I to argue? I was contacted by Laneset and they said that there was a possibility I was paying too much. I didn't know either way, but thought it would be worth a go, so I let them challenge my rates for me. I wouldn't know where to start, and they seemed to know what they were talking about, so agrre to pay them their fees in the hopes of saving more than I paid them. I am happy to say that my rates were too high, and I was really pleased to have my bill adjusted to the tune of over £1500. Yes, I paid Laneset for the service, but the saving more than made up for it. I'm not saying everyone will benefit as everyone has different circumstances, but it worked for me.
