“excellent telephone manner v.helpful”

Each time I spoke with one of the employees at big green book I was always dealth with politely, efficiently and feel that I get real customer service. I have had a few minor problems with my own profile however these were sorted as soon as I made the staff aware of them and was even given really sound advice on how to make full use of the profile I bought. I have had my leaflets handed out at shows I couldn't get to myself, real value for money
