Terrible company to work for. The way some of the managers treat the drivers is horrific. The drivers deserve so much more credit and respect. Holiday is like a death word there. The best part of the job are the drivers and training team. I think some of the mangers need to learn a few people skills.

I cannot advise against this company enough. Their customer service is non existent. Have raised complaints with them just to be told 'we will investigate'. Have had issues such as lost property being handed to the driver which has then disappeared en route to the office, coaches leaving early or driving straight past the stop, passengers being made to get off and walk down a busy slip road, drivers getting lost and regularly complaining to passengers about their poor working conditions... this to name a few. Not to mention the fact that the service only ever runs to schedule during the school summer holidays. What is supposed to be a 1.5 hour journey regularly takes over 2 hours. Obviously the traffic cant be helped but a realistic timetable can be. The train may cost more, but even by South Easterns poor standards, is a much better option than kings ferry.

Been using the Swale service to Cannon St for six months now. Guaranteed a seat, picks me up from just outside my front door and despite perceptions of coaches, is comfortable. Drivers and ticket collectors are always happy to help. Wi-fi and sockets would be nice, but I'm sure they will both arrive. Can't fault the service and it is delayed an awful lot less than the train, certainly at half the price of the train, you can't complain.

Have been used to driving into Canary Wharf but having recently moved to a new house just 50 yards from a coach stop I thought I'd give Kings Ferry a try. Unfortunately i bought 40 tickets "determined to give them a fair try". I wish I hadn't Obviously the journey is going to take longer, but being in Canary Wharf I've often had to wait an additional half hour because a coach is full. They say on their website that they have spare coaches nearby for such events. They certainly have coaches available - never known them to be used though. Tonight, again, I got turned away from the 719. By the time the next one turns up, I could have been half way home if I'd driven! Can't wait until my tickets are used up. Never aain.

Having travelled on the Kings Ferry coaches for more than 20 years I have noticed the services getting worse. Drivers either have the radio blaring or are moaning to the front passengers about their terrible pay, hours etc. The reduced Christmas services carried on to 4th January. WHY!!!! You can quite often be left at Canary Wharf in the evenings due to overcrowding on certain coaches. KF know about this but nothing has ever been done. Thank God I only have a month left on my ticket. Speedy trains, here I come.
