Having travelled on the Kings Ferry coaches for more than 20 years I have noticed the services getting worse. Drivers either have the radio blaring or are moaning to the front passengers about their terrible pay, hours etc. The reduced Christmas services carried on to 4th January. WHY!!!! You can quite often be left at Canary Wharf in the evenings due to overcrowding on certain coaches. KF know about this but nothing has ever been done.
