I just had to write.... Rude Bus Driver and Customer Service From Hell. Ran as fast as I could to catch the last bus home. I was 5p short of my bus fare, said 'PLEASE' to the bus driver who glared at me and told me to "P!SS OFF". I told him why he was so rude to me, he got up and shoved me off the bus landing on my back. Next day I wrote a complaint to the company where they states in the website that They "provide a high standard of service" and "acknowledgement within five working days". 2 weeks and still had no any acknowledgement from the company, so I wrote to them again and 4 days later FINALLY GOT A REPLY!. I can summarize the reply they sent to me in one word "EXCUSES!!" Lots and lots of them. I just had to pick up the PHONE!!.... I called the company and guess what? no surprise here because I got the same excuses. When told them why their driver shoved me off their bus, THEY QUICKLY HUNG UP!! APPARENTLY THEIR CAMERA DIDNT COVER OUTSIDE OF THE BUS. I'm glad that I bought a car. Glad not to be using the local bus from hell.
