“Disgusting indifference after THEFT from Bus”

Use anyone but Terravision. Their behaviour after a companion's luggage was stolen from the compartment under one of their Stanstead buses was unbelievably callous. The driver and onboard rep would not wait even a minute to allow us to get any contact details or ask about procedure to follow, merely pointing us to a nearby coffee shop that also served as the Terravision local office. Finding this completely unmanned and with no sign of an employee after a considerable wait (even returning after filing a police report at the local station), we were pretty much left to our own devices. Absolutely horrific service and I can only think how stressful and upsetting this would have been for a my companion, who was unfamiliar with London, to not have had a London native with them to offer a little guidance at least. Suffice to say, we were not even given the courtesy of a response after reporting the theft to their customer support department. They simply could not care less. Absolutely disgusting service - I would not use their services again under any circumstances and can only recommend that you do not either, less you run the risk of receiving similar treatment should something unfortunate befall you.

“Never, ever rely on Terravision”

I pre-booked a seat on Terravision from Finsbury square to Stansted. I went to the EXACT stop it said on the website and the ticket but upon arrival there was a sign on the bus stop saying it was not in use. i telephoned Terravision there and then 3 or 4 times but noone picked up. I waited 45 minutes, during which time TWO terravision buses should have shown up yet none whatsoever did!! I filed a complaint yet Terravision still has not resolved the issue nor given me an apology, explanation, or refund. It has been over 3 weeks now! TERRAVISION IS A CROOKED COMPANY WITH DIRE/NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RELY ON AN AIRPORT TRANSFER WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Don't waste your money on this company”

These people drive their buses each and every day between standsted and london, so it resnable to assume that they have a pretty good understanding of how the timetable should look like. But no, the coach was more than 30min late and driver was nonchalant about the fact that he was actually driving to an airport where people have time to consider.

“Very band experience. This company shoul be shut down.”

We have also had a very band experience with Terravision as detailed below. I think this company is a disgrace and should be shut down. We bought Terravision coach tickets on-line for 2 adults to travel from Stansted Airport from Redbridge Station on 26 April 2013 at 20:42. The bus didn't arrive on time. Only at around 21:00 Terravision's attendant showed up and told us that the next bus will arrive at around 21.30(!!) and when we complained she said it was not her fault. What kind of customer service was that?? We almost missed our flight because Terravision coach did not show up and we had to pay £37 for a minicab to catch the flight. I made a writtern complaint and told them that I expect Terravision to reimburse the consequential lost of £37 for the minicab instead of the £12 for the coach tickets. However it took them about 8 weeks from the date of the incident to start looking at the problem and by that time I have lost my patience to continue talking to and wasting my time with this company. Avoid like a plague. You have been warned.

“Very Unreliable and poor customer service”

I have purchased the ticket from London Stratford to Stansted Airport online from www.terravision.eu. When arrived to London Stratford the Terravision' assistant on the bus stop said to all the passengers waiting for a Terravision bus, that their bus running late. When I asked "how late or when the next bus will arrive" he replied that he doesn't know and all their busses running late. He advised us to take the National Express coach, which was about to leave, so we wont be late for our flight, and he assured us that we'll get a refund from Terravision. Having no information about how late Terravision busses are I had to use National Express bus. I have numerous times contacted Terravision with the complaint and for a refund, but in nearly 4 weeks I've received no response from their Claims department at all. I had to contact relevant Consumer Protection Authorities and only after that Terravision replied, after maybe another 3 weeks. However, they never admitted their fault, instead their blamed me, saying I had to book an earlier service and that their bus was only 15 minutes late. They offered a voucher for London and Italy services but I do not live in London and I do not intend to travel to Italy. When they received this information from me they refused to give any refund, saying I can only use the voucher. Not only their customer service is extremely poor but also the staff they employ speak, and write, poor English, and that is serving customers in UK. My advise: do not waste your money and your nerves, do not use Terravision.
