We booked PD Midi Coaches 10 days in advance to take 30 of us to a sports event. We phoned the coach company and the owner/driver said "yes no problem but I am out of the office, call back later to confirm" I called back latter and was told the same. 2 dyas later I called again. Pete (he manager/owner) remembered me and said yes no problem but call again as I am at a break down. SO I sent an email to confirm and received a read receipt.
