Hi, I want to share one incident happened to me. My bus suppose to depart at 8.42pm. However, two buses of National Express had passed through me without stopping to pick me up. I had been waiting at the bus stop for more than two hours. I called for customer service but their service really "rubbish". The call was on hold for more than 15 minutes and no one give me any reply. After two hours of waiting at the bus stop, the customer service only call me back and say that the bus driver forgot to pick me up and ask me to wait for another trip of bus which is one hour later. I was like what the F. I was planning to go to airport but this "stupid incident" make me late. I will never travel with National Express any more.
