Paid 50p extra to have a text booking confirmation rather than a print off. Of course the text never arrived, and it is unclear which is the correct number to contact them on. The reply apparently by email within 72 hours which is useless as I'm travelling in 12 hours. The number provided doesnt work, and I have tried two other numbers which charge 13p a minute but just leave you on hold forever (ive waited 10 mins on each number) Wish I had just booked the train instead, would have been cheaper and less hassle.
