I am currently sat on one of your coaches on my way to London and I must say I have never smelt something so vulgar in all my life we are urging on this coach. The smell of fish and poo is horrendous it is making the journey unbearable you need to sort it out it is vile! You pay good money to travel not to get off smelling like a tin of 10year tuna! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
