I can't believe that I paid 35 pounds this morning to be taken from Stansted to Brighton, only to arrive and find out that they had given my bag to someone else. In addition, the driver didn't even know that I was getting off at my station (Preston circus). When I called about this, customers service was willing to do nothing for me. I've used National express many times to get around and have always given them glowing reviews, and never had any problems. After being in the UK for a few months this time around, I am leaving to go back to Canada in a few days, without a bag, all of my belongings and frankly no concern from this company.
