If the National Express Coach service should be availed at all, my advice is not to use their online system. I booked earlier today 8 June and noticed that the e-ticket printed out a wrong date which I do not remember putting in. To amend, I would either have to personally go to their agent in designated location or make a charged phone call. And what I would like to do is just to amend the date a few minutes after I noticed the incorrect date on the e-ticket that was sent to my email account. This is not what I call good service. This is not the first time I booked services online but this is the first company I encountered that has this system. Considering that they offer £10 cash back on regular customers! So this is where they get their money to give away to others. A simple service that they complicate.
The amendment fee is an uncalled for charge. I hope the company will see fit to rectify this system.
