travelled on Sunday 3rd. March at 8am.In my opinion the coach should not have been on the road.1.front 2 seats on near side had all covering back panels missing, showing all metal work.If this coach had been in a crash and anyone had been thrown against this metal work they would have been killed.2. I sat on the 4th seat back, offside, aisle seat, the back of the seat in front of me was damagedas the back was coming away and the right hand side grab seat was missing.3.there was a faulty fan running and the noise level went from reasonably quiet to unnacceptable and at its worst lasted from Warwick Parkway to Coventry.4.the window on the drivers side seemed to be faulty as he kept pulling it up and towards him and at one point held the steering wheel with one hand whilst holding the window with the other.[London to Leicester section]finally he spoke rudely to passengers whilst loading cases in London, said the front 2 seats were reserved and not to sit in them. They stayed empty to Coventry and then 1 man sat in 1.Perhaps National Expess could tell me how to reserve a particular seat on a coach. The driver was certainly not a good ambassador for them, where does passenger comfort come in and maybe he needs to remember that no passengers, no work.
