I would echo many of the comments you will see here. My daughter booked a coach for her and 35 friends to attend her prom. When the coach did not turn up my wife rang and after chasing and chasing they eventually confirmed that the coach was not coming as it had broken down earler in the day. When - in response to their "what do you want me to do about it" version of "customer service" - I pointed out a simple call earlier in the day would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements it was like I was talking dutch, this had not and would never occur to them. The follow up customer service was equally dreadful with me being made to feel I was being unreasonable in being upset that they had - without giving a damn - ruined one of the most important nights of the year for 35 16 year olds (as well wasting £000's in useless tickets and prom outfits).

I eventually got a refund (including a sureal conversation as to whether they would refund the credit card booking fee) but even that involved losts of "cheques in the post" type conversations.

Before their PR swing in to respond to this I am not a competitor and I have both rung their complaints line and sent them a mail - neither of which has had the courtesy of a response.

I am going to persue through the small claims court as they should not be allowed to treat people this way - and it looks like I am not alone.

Can you contact me john.whitehurst@momentumhub.com and it is not PR to contact customers on review boards to investigate issues. We always take customer service very seriously and if you have been badly treated we want to know about it.

I think the two months that it took to respond to this post says it all. Interestingly (name removed) no one responded to my mail sent direct to you two months ago or the phone messages I left. So I think my point about your PR is spot on. I don't know how you can defend this disgraceful serivice when so many people say the same. An evening ruined for children - your company ought to be ashamed. I'll send the original email direct to you and see what you do I'll update here.
