firstly i would like to say... please don't ever use this company. after spending over £1800 pounds we were left with a sour taste in our mouths.
all three coaches were late and the only compensation we were offered was a £20 voucher for out next use.... sorry but we will never be using them again....
after several issues since our travel i (regretfully) had to make contact them again. after the 5 min conversation i was left angry, upset and utterly disgusted with the way the "customer service" representative spoke to me.
all i can say is that in this day and age an apology will get you a long way.... i'm still waiting for mine two weeks since travel.
please take note....
