Trip from New York to Boston
Supposed to leave at 10:10 - left at 10:40
Supposed to arrive at 2:40 - arrived at 5:30

Worst experience ever:
- the driver speeds and steps on the brake so strong, the whole bus trembles
- the seats stink and are dirty
- the floors are dirty
- the bathroom has no water
- the toilet is a hole with floating blue water, no where to flush, no desire to use it
- the air conditioner has no power, there is barely air coming out of it
- the air conditioner is placed over your head! Why!?? I need it on my body not my hair
- the driver has spoken once one the microphone and stopped over 6 times, letting passengers know nothing
- the bus is old
- the ceilings are too low
- the stairs are rusty and when using them one has to bend down or you will hit your head

Simply the worst
