This company has to have the worst customer service. I have never dealt with a company that does not have manager or supervisor that you can speak with when there poorly trained customer service reps can't seem to get it right, but why would the even attempt to give decent customer service when there are no repercussions for their extremely bad service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have seen this type of attitude in the company that I work for where the upper management get cocky and thinks that they have the market sewed up. Trust and believe if this company keeps treating their customers like dirt they will crumble.
