Knowing I was going to miss 15.40 bus from glasgow to aberdeen I phoned helpdesk...was informed I should be able to catch next bus at 16.20...thought it was just matter of letting driver know the situation....not as simple..!!!...I had to find the controller for permission ...by the time i found him it had left half empty ...the next bus was filling up and said controller wasnt sounding hopefull but customer service guy spoke to him so we made it .....thank you to him ..I feel the service at station could be better ...no consistancy
