My niece waited 3 hours for a bus that never came! They kept calling Megabus, and got no information. When my husband called, they LIED and said the bus came. But it NEVER did! They refused to give a refund or even a credit! She had to wait in a bad area in the dark until we could get her! DON'T USE MEGABUS! They skip stops and then lie about it!

My daughte and her boyfriend had the sams problem last friday on their trip to Paris, they had to wait in Brussels since 15.30 and at 23.00 they heard there would never be a bus, about. 30 people were waiting for this bus
