I was stood at the Newport bus stop last night at 6pm...the bus was 47 mins late.. it was so cold and id missed my lift at victoria by then so I had to come home.. I feel ill today and requested that my ticket be reinburst for nxt week but they dont give a hoot...National express have a great customer setvice...megabus treat u like their seats...CHEAP! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE To.
