If I could put zero stars I would. Website gave wrong directions to the bus stop so we pulled up as they were leaving. We spoke with an incompetent customer service rep who guaranteed I would receive a refund for the return trip and I would get a response within a week. They didn't respond until an entire month later to tell me that I can cancel my trip at any point 24 hours prior to trip...which has absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand and they also spelled their own company's name wrong in the email. After another month of waiting the finally responded back again basically saying that it wasn't their problem. I will not be using their services again. I work in customer service and I would never have handled the situation that way. I read bad reviews and this has solidified my opinion.
