Megabus left me and a number of other passengers stranded in downtown Dallas on Christmas night without adequate warning and made no acceptable attempt to remedy the situation. There were no service advisories on the website and another passenger was told after a 30-min hold (typical for their cust serv line) that there was no interruption of service. We had to rent a car to drive on the clear, snow-less road back to Austin that Megabus found to be so treacherous. This is the second time I've been burned by this company. Don't say I didn't warn you.
