We travelled on Green Line Coaches to Legoland from Victoria on the 9th August 2014! I booked my tickets prior to travelling for 3 adults and 3 children for the 9.30am coach and the 7.20pm coach to come back! The coach going was absolutely fine (we made the kids squeeze up to allow other children to sit as it was a bit crowded) we had a lovely day and the kids really enjoyed! Bearing in mind we have a newborn baby so we was treating our elder kids to a day out so they could have a day with their mum and dad!

The whole day was completely SPOILED as when we left we waited for the 7.20 coach back to London, which was late by 15 minutes. The 702 pulled up and all off a sudden the whole que had run to the coach and the que had been jumped by many of people who didnt even que! We had got to the bus stop at 6.45 to make sure we was in the que!

The coach driver did not know what he was doing! He started letting people on the coach and taking money from them (this he was obviously pocketing as he didnt give anyone a receipt). By right he should have checked who had already had tickets for the coach before letting anyone board! By this point my kids (youngest who is 4) are being squashed in between everyone! I had to shout for the driver to hear me over everyone and I tried to explain we had already booked and payed for 6 seats prior to the day! He did not care and tried to refuse anyone else to get on the coach! This is not acceptable! The customer service skills that this coach driver had were appalling! Maybe green line coaches should give their drivers some lessons on Customer Service Skills before they allow them to speak to their customers!

A lady who was with her partner and child was told she wasnt allowed on the coach even though her child and partner was already on there. The coach driver was disgustingly rude shouting and swearing at me and other customers as he didnt know how to handle the situation! I then had to squeeze myself onto the coach and drag my family onto it as I was determined to get on there as I had already paid!

My children were absoloutely DISTRAUGHT! they were crying and scared as the coach driver was screaming at me! We finally left Legoland at around 7.45. When the coach stopped to let more people on the coach at Windsor (not that anyone else could actually fit on, people were standing up even children as young as 3) the driver then explained that he is going the long way back to London as he has took too many people on the coach and cant drive on the motorway! We then got off the coach and walked to Windsor station as our children and us wasnt even sitting down, and had to BUY MORE TICKETS which meant more money (another 50 pound) to get home on a train back to Vauxhall as we wouldnt have got in untill around 10ish!

This whole experience had spoiled our whole day out and I will NEVER EVER travel with green line coaches EVER again!
