Su viaje económico se puede convertir en pesadilla si la persona de atrás no permite que usted incline el asiento para poder dormir. Dormiría usted 10 horas a 90 grados de inclinación? No creo. Viajar en avión es uma mejor opción.

“Thanks for nothing”

Booked a ticket from Hurghada to Luxor. Unfortunately we ended up at the wrong place (thanks to our taxi driver that took us there and to go bus who could not manage to provide a proper address fot their bus station in advance). Since we would have missed our bus now, we called go bus and were told that we could depart from the next station and could still catch the bus. So we took another taxi to the station they mentioned on the phone and ended up there waiting for hours. The guy at the station, to whom we presented our ticket, did barely speak English, but told us again and again, our bus would be arriving in the next five minutes. Later, we were told that the bus had a technical issue, which would cause another delay. After hours, the guy passed his phone on to us, having a colleague in the line who finally told us that the bus has left from another (the originally booked) station and it was just our own fault that we did go to the wrong station. Finally had to take a taxi to Luxor. No words needed anymore. Never ever again.

“Horrible experience”

Horrible experience bus 19567, Porto Sokhna to Giza 5:30 pm on Dec 13, 2018 I am currently riding in the bus, so bad experience from the driver and the guy at the go bus station in the Porto sokhna hotel. First of all, we asked earlier the time of the bus arrival, he said be there on the high way road at 5:20 pm, me, my husband and a baby, I thought this is the rule, although I figured out later on from police office on the road that the bus arrives daily at 6:00 pm and he has to check in with that guy, so we could be resting in a safe place rather than the highway, Second, the driver who already arrived late, at 6:00 pm, he was so rude to us, I asked him for a sticker to my suitecase and stroller, he said I don’t give them to people riding from the road, though I told him that I paid full tickets for myself and husband to ride from sokhna, he was arguing that he does not have, I explained that the company insured my bags and if I lose any, I got no proof that I had any buggage, finally the sticker book showed up, which showed how dishonest is that driver who sweated that he does not have stickers, Then I asked him to help putting the suitcase in the bus, as I was holding bags in my hand and my husband holding the baby, he said I am not the labourer, I told him where is the labourer to help, he said no laborer, I believe there should be a worker on board to assist holding bags and give sticker to clients I am so disappointed with this experience.

“Worst drivers and services - not safe.”

Drivers are very rude and they didn’t care about their customers or their safety- left customers (teenager girls) in one of the checkpoints behind and parked 1 km far from the checkpoint which forces these girls to walk in the desert alone 3 am to catch up the bus in this parking area. I left a complaint in the Alexandria office but they never get back to me. I am very sad from their services plus I didn’t feel safe with their drivers as well.

“Always the Worst experience”

First waited for 45min to print a ticket already paid second bus delayed without a notice 45 min delay from 4:30 pm departure 5:15pm thats not acceptable at all third i am still on the way too elgouna evethough we r really late the stupid driver took a 40 min rest and now i will arrive el gouna in 6 hours because he drives very very slowly ill make sure this is the last time i use Go Bus

“Worst experience.”

It used to be a good company. However, I booked a ticket for the elite plus bus ( the highest class), the chair back was fixed on 90% immovable. I asked the driver to move it a little backwards so I can sit well but he said it is not working. They were speaking in a very disrespectful manner. The worst employees ever

“terrible in everything”

I took booked the bus from Sokhna to Cairo for Saturday the 18th 1. bus was late 37 minutes! 2. no bus stop and I was told I must wait for the bus in the middle of the highway under the bridge 3. no one calls to say they will be late (although they take your cell phone number) 4. seat 14 was horrible with the terrible smell of the toilet 5. no refreshments and no earphone for the "eliite" bus 6. over priced at EGP 255 for such a short distance

“Good buses horrible service, rude uncaring staff”

I booked 2 tickets Elite (the most expensive and supposedly the finest) for myself and my daughter from cairo to north coast and this was my experience: 1. We waited at the Tahrir stop in cairo for the bus that arrived 35 minutes later than its scheduled take off time. 2. The seats could not be adjusted, either fully upright ir way backwards nothing in between 3. The first 45 we were forced to listen to Quran 3. For The rest of the journey we had to listen to noisy Arabic songs 5. The sound of the screen on my seat was not working, I called the host and he said there must be a problem with the screen (good to know !!) 6. I asked the host to turn the radio off after getting a headache from the noisy radio and he refused and told me that it entertains the driver. I told him that the clients do not have to pay for the entertainment of the driver and he rudely pointed to the hotline of the company written on the seat in front of me and told me to call and complain if I didn't like it 7. I called and complained and told them to call the driver and ask him to turn off the radio but nothing happened. I called 5 times and every time I was put on hold for at least 10 - 15 minutes and absolutely nothing happened and the radio was on till we left the bus 8. The bus did not stop at ny destination resort in spite of the fact that it is printed on my tickets and that I told the driver that it was our destination. He refused to stop and dropped us at 11:00 pm at a totally scary place infront of the Go bus office at the north coast. 9. I was furious as I left the bus and went into the office to complain but there was no one in there 10. Someone appeared after 5 minutes and saw that I was furious but couldn't care less and didn't want to listen to my complaint and just kept smiling in a stupid flirty manner

Just used this Go Bus co. Going to Masra Matruh Egypt,last week.....I admire its new,but there number sets are quite confusing,so expensive compared from other super jet, and lastly, the comport room is not heartily maintain, my goodness if your set is near to CR you will crusifide with the smell, imagen 6 hours traveling with this smell, it's horrible!.....I recommend not to use this bus in Egypt....

“From Sharmelshikh to cairo”

I paid for the highest bus cause it's a long ride it suppose to have Internet but it didn't work and tv didn't work!! The movie hand the music on the screen only plays on Turkish !!! Remember we in Egypt?! The rest room bad The meal u should get they better take it out don't know why they call a meal!!! But the bus it self was clean but for me once is enough

“Worst service from the "best" transportaion company in...”

عدم امكانية تغيير مقعد بالتليفون او النترنت لشخص يعاني من الام الظهر No option for changing seat no. for a person with back pain per telephone or internet.. Unfortunately this is considered 1 of the best travelling companies here.. service is not bad but can't even give 2 stars when they can't help in such situation.

“Unreliable”

Booked a 5 hour direct coach from Hurghada to Cairo. Took just over 6 hours. On the return from Cairo to Hurghada again we booked the 5 hour coach service, however took over 7 hours.

“first class in not by any means related to the title”

The seats on the so called first class wasn't clean and also the back of the seat did not adjust to the normal position and the bus was trembling due to the almost washed out back tires ..the only good thing that the driver when we asked to leave the bus in nasr city responded politely and gave us our bags and told us he will inform the administration office.

“beware hurghada”

The hurghada bus station is like hell, not air conditioned, the only a.c. you can get is in the bus but the driver refuses to board any body until 5 minutes before time I bought a 2 way ticket but the buses differd greatly in each trip when they were supposed to be the same

Hello, My Name is David Nashed & im Egyptian. First i would like you to know that although im writing this complaint about "Go Bus" , I still consider it the best bus transportation company in Egypt. As for my complaint: On the 23rd of November 2012, i took "Go Bus" from sharm el-sheikh to Cairo , the 11:00 a.m. or the 12:00 p.m. bus im not sure. What happened is that the bus driver stopped at a road rest ( a place for tea and food on the road ) called "Paradise el-sheikh Ali". The bus driver told us its a 30 mins rest, then we would get moving. So the 30 mins ended, and I found the driver talking with a bedouin , he kept talking to him for like 10 mins, so i got off the bus and went to the driver and asked him "the 30 mins are over and we should get moving , so when are you going to start driving?" He told me that the bedouin guy is asking him for a-must-do favor ! He (the bedouin) asked the driver to drive his family to Cairo, and when the bus driver refused the bedouin threatened him and told him " you know I can keep you here , and I can never let this bus get through this road again " so the bus driver had to wait for the bedouin's family to come and join us ! so we waited for 65 mins (including the 30 mins rest) then they joined us and headed to Cairo. So what Im asking from whoever works in such a big company and is in a managerial position, is not to punish the bus driver, but to change the rest place that we stop at, and care more for our safety by checking the rest place that we stop at, and reporting what happened to the police because that was a direct threatening to the bus driver. Thanks and I hope you keep "Go Bus" on top of the bus transportation companies.
