I have for a number of years used this bus company. It has gone from bad to worse ! I now thankfully drive a car and so don't have to put up with their over inflated fares and poor service. As all of the others have said on here they are never on time so why even bother with timetables, most (not all) of the drivers are down right rude and unhelpful. Sometimes certain buses just don't even turn up ! My review is based on the services within the Stoke on Trent area. The problem is this company have the monopoly and so therefore don't really give a damn about the customer. If another good service appeared by a different company that could take over some of Firsts poor services then id been more inclined to catch a bus from time to time instead of using my car or a taxi.
