Glasgow bus service i wouldn't say is the worse but i think there should be some changed made, every time i ge on a first bus, the bus drivers always change shifts, when they do, instead of getting off a bus and the new bus driver starting a shift, they always talk away and have about a 5 minute conversation which is such an inconvienice as to people actually have to get places on time. Ive used this public transport for years and there was only a couple of times that some bus drivers didn't have a conversation which was actually good to all the passangers. I feel like more management should be put in place and bus drivers should be supervised!!
