Today (3rd April 2024) I attempted to gain travel on service 104 Mistley to Colchester bus service. Not for the first time I was refused access to the bus as the driver refused to make a person move a pram from the disabled space. The space is clearly marked as being for a wheelchair user, with the bus just starting it's round it had more then enough room to have the pram moved or folded but instead of this the driver just refused me the wheelchair space as a wheelchair user. This is DISCRIMINATION, IT IS DISGUSTING YOU ALLOW DRIVERS TO WORK ON YOUR SERVICE WHILE COMMITTING HATE CRIME

Absolute disgusting the way bus drivers block the pavements stopping disabled people from using them Then when you do go into the bus depot to complain you get sworn at and threatened The CEO thinks the driver is parked ok Letter from CEO Thank you for your time today. As discussed: A member of the team has been out and taken photos of where the incident took place, and even though I can see the sign on your fence there is nothing to say that no one can park there, the signs actually don’t mean someone is illegally parked. I have also been advised that the police did attend the scene where the driver had been parked and their advice was also that the car wasn’t parked illegally. The members of staff that you dealt with at the depot have both been interviewed and have both confirmed that the gentleman in the orange did swear at you. You have also requested: Company Registration Number: 03261484 I have also included out PR team email address for you to pass onto the press – although I already believe that you have this. The driver for some reason did not want to stop the bus for me. I tried stopping the bus several times well in advance but he just cruised through the bus stops until he saw a lady stopping the bus 4 stops after my stop. I don't want to play the race card but this is the second time it has happened to me while I was the only person of colour getting off at a stop while using first bus. Why take the bus if I have to walk back home? Get rid of your racist drivers because they gonna hurt your business. I don't think I'm gonna be using first bus again.

Waited for the 14.40 bus into Huddersfield in the rain - it tuned up at 14.44 - no drama... Then waited in the rain from 18.14 for the 18.26 bus from Market Street to Balmoral Avenue - it didn't turn up. Ended up waiting for another half hour for the 7 o'clock bus, frozen to the core! It's about time wy metro sorted out their buses because this is a regular occurrence and we're sick of it!

Why the busses come/depart whenever they want? Also why is so cold in all busses??! No gas or what? Not paying you enough??! I still remember the eyes of one first bus driver - If wasn't a bus driver will believe that he was on some drugs, or they are tired??! Did you test your drivers about drugs or??! This isn't a first time seeing this..

I am yet to get this bus home at the end of the day (around 5pm) with this bus arriving on time. The M2 in Bristol is appalling. New timetable introduced and it’s still late. Even worse, sometimes it’s late and then so full it sails past. Clearly they need one more bus on the circuit.

Buses often do not turn up or are late. Several times a bus didn't come, sometimes even two or three buses in a row and by the time the third or fourth bus came, it was so full, because it took all the people that piled up, so it didn't stop to take new people, because it was full. The journey is usually ok and the drivers are ok (although they don't seem to enjoy the job). But the management is just terrible. I paid 120£ for 12-week student ticket and it is not worth it.

Lost my phone on the 87 margam bus nd the bus driver helped get my phone back Went out of his way to call someone else to bring the phone to us from depot Absolute legend Bus drivers who also spoke to us were polite and helpful. We catch the bus most day and all the drivers on the 87 are great

I was on the x38 bus from Polmont to Edinburgh today(18/11/2022).It was raining. I noticed water dripping onto my head. I moved seats 3 times before I managed to stay dry. The bus was unfit for purpose. The bus should have been removed from service and replaced with a bus that was suitable for carrying passengers.

Its not the odd incident, its all the time. One instance waited from 5:45 at eastgate road opposite Tesco extra for the 47. Last bus was 18:27. Sat there in the dark until 6:45. No show at all. Had to walk all the way to fishponds to get a 48 with heart condition and breathing problems. 1st bus dont give a damn. All they respond is we will give you a £5 voucher. Not much good if you have a bus pass is it.

Buses are cancelled often, or the app is saying it's coming but never shows up. It takes me ages to get to work, and I am late very often.

Absolutely shocking service in Norwich, buses are constantly getting cancelled or running extremely late and it's getting worse and worse. Evening service is abysmal I get out of work at 7pm and don't get home till 8:35 which is a 13 minute drive by car.

Terrible bus schedule. The bus is often late and missing from schedule. Not sure if first bus is not arriving on their schedule time. Why shows a misleading schedule for your users? Very irresponsible company!! Make your bus schedule right on bus stop and apps!! A simple action but saves many people’s time and make your female customer feel safe at night! I have read the reviews of first bus. It is a company bad to the drivers and poor service. So we paid this high rates of tickets for a very terrible and insecure service!!!!!!

Buses FREQUENTLY fail to turn up. App and electric boards on stops are not updated. Drivers are clueless. Overpriced by monumental proportions for a complete lack of services provided. Extortion is how I see it. First have a monopoly on bus transport in Bristol yet they continue to provide nothing but high prices for failure. Shameful. Given one star only because zero stars not available.

Awful service Bus 2 Glasgow, Ballieston, Caledo. Always late and the early bus at 5.37am didn't even turn up today. I've lost wages as I was late. So thank you and congratulations on your continuous poor service. Well done

The buses keep cancelling without any notice. They never keeps a time schedules. Sometimes comes early or sometimes comes late.

We purchased First Bus airport express in Glasgow which is sold as running every 15 minutes and 15 minutes travel time to City Center. We waited 40 minutes for a 30-minute ride to Glasgow. We had purchased return tickets but when we wanted to get back to the airport after a 45-minute wait for no bus we hailed a cab with two other disappointed customers and took a cab to the airport - we didn't want to miss our flights! First Bus airport express is unreliable.

For bus 18 which runs every 10 minutes...I waited one hour and 20 minutes hahah This company is probably the worst best ever in the world !!
