Many times I have travelled with arriva and always get rude and grumpy drivers I always thought I'll give it another go but not anymore they are down right horrible.. I used to get any bus that came first as was going to travel centre now I look and time tables and always get the first bus company they are cheaper and nicer drivers..

I would prefer to leave that extra early or be a bit and get a first bus rather than the arriva that half the time don't even stop or just switch their sign to out of service!

ARRIVA SORT OUT YOUR COMPANY!

If I could of I wouldn't of even given them one star!

I can see many bad reviews on here even recent one but yet your not even replying to them!

I don't recommend arriva!

But always recommend first!
