Arriva is the worst company I have ever seen. I get an Arriva bus everyday and it is easily the worst part of the day. The buses aren't just a few minutes late, they are at least 10 minutes late. My bus is on average 15 mins late but sometimes is over 30 mins late. It isn't just this though, when their buses are horrifically late, the drivers make no apology whatsoever, which I find staggering as I have just waited 30 mins for the bus to turn up. Some of the drivers are extremely rude too.
Are their any positive things to say?
No. None at all. If any other company operated like this they would go bankrupt in weeks. But because Arriva are on of the main bus companies of the U.K., thousands of people are forced to put up with their pathetic excuse for service.
Therefore if you ever find you need to get anywhere, walk. It'll be quicker than taking the bus.
