The bus drivers in Stevenage are rude and refuse to stop at stops if they can't be bothered. The SB7 which only runs once every 20 minutes refused to stop at the Train Station today (16th October @ 18:05) and the driver just shrugged his shoulders as he drove by,

The driver of the 55 then refused to help and even refused to give his name when I asked for it because he as that rude.

They have a monopoly and the drivers seem to think that they are doing you a favour as opposed to doing their job of actually stopping at bus stops.
