At the end of Oct had to go to hospital for tests for heart operation in the new year. Got the 31 from Luton TC to Luton and Dunstable Hospital at 6.30am. Got to bus depot and driver said anyone for hospital have to get off here. so I had to walk two miles and walk fast to make my appointment time. The problem was that the road ahead by J11 of M1 was closed due to accident. When I got to the place of accident the road (going towards Dunstable)was open the other side (from Dunstable) where the accident was traffic was slowly getting through.

When finally got through to Arriva customer services (due to the other end just kept ringing) they was nothing can be done to compensate me for my fare. To my shock I got told to sod off. Would like to speak to CEO or maybe the Sun newspaper.
