I wrote a complaint and was told that they were going to get back at me in 10 days! it now has been over a month and still nothing! I am just amazed how a bus company can get away with so much! they obviously make enough money since the tickets are so expensive so why is that they dont invest in customer services and train thiebus drivers to be more helpful to to customers?
