ARRIVA BUS SERVICES
ESSPECIALLY '437'
I AM A YOUNG PERSON (15 YEARS OLD) WHO IS 5FT 11" WHO IS CONSTANTLY, BEING MADE TO PAY FOR ADULTS FAIR. WHEN I AM IN MY UNIFORM IS THE ONLY TIME THEY BELIEVE ME ABOUT MY AGE, AND IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS A DAY SAVER HAS GONE UP BY £1 WHICH I FIND TOTALLY DISCUSTING AS IT IS ALREADY OVERPRICED.
I FEEL THAT IF THIS COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO KEEP MY AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS BUSINESS THEY SHOULD LOWER PRICES, TREAT THE CUSTOMERS MORE FAIRLY, AND CLEAN THOSE HORRIBLE SHABBY BUSES WHICH ARE VERY AWKWARD ANYWAY.
YOU MAY FEEL I AM BEING VERY HARSH BUT WHY SHOULD I PAY EXTRA WHEN SMALL PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH GETTING CHILD WHEN THEY ARE 18. NOT RIGHT. AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND AS THEY ALWAYS SAY "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT."
I FEEL THAT IF ARRIVA WHERE TO LOWER PRICES, MAKE THE BUSES MORE COMFORTABLE AND HIRE MORE PLEASANT EMPLOYEES THEN I WOULD USE THE SERVICE A LOT MORE. I ALSO FEEL I WOULD NOT MIND PAYING THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES, IF THE DRIVERS WERE MORE WELCOMING.
