I asked for a few quotes to look at the need for woodworm assessment. The surveyor from Timberwise was polite, careful, clearly explained what needed doing and what could be done but was probably the gold plating option. This was in stark contrast to those form other companies, including one who tried to get me to employ him direct rather than the company he was working for. Setting a date for the work was easy and again the man sent out to do the work was polite, knowledgeable and careful. Finally the price was very competitive. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.
