Product is great but I requested two separate orders to be despatched together to avoid a surcharge in delivery costs.
Both orders arrived packaged together yet I was still charged the delivery surcharge for two separate courier despatches and packaging.
So company doubled their money on delivery charges :-(
No response from a personal email sent to a member of the sales team requesting them to remove the delivery surcharge.
