West Brom have some good rates, but if anything goes wrong they are horrible to have to deal with. I made a complaint because they did not make it clear how a withdrawal would work and after speaking to about 6 unhelpful people (including alleged managers and complaints staff) I ended up having to go direct to the Chief Executive himself to get the matter resolved and compensation for the nightmare thy caused me. It's shocking that I had to go to the most senior manager and suffer the stress when they could have solved the problem when I called them the first time, it's like the only person with any idea of customer service is the Chief Executive! Next time I will go straight to him instead of their awful call centre.
