Me and my husband waited 1 month for a mortgage appointment.
Then we went through the questions, then 9 weeks later we got told ot was declined because the mortgage Advisor gave the wrong advice however all they said was sorry.
We lost our house and £1000 in fees which they never refunded.
the person I dealt with  is the worst Mortgage advisor of all time.
