Awful bank. Cost me £800 in additional mortgage interest and that's on top of my normal interest. Asked them to update my mortgage product. I was already a nationwide customer and wanted to remain one. What an error. They had no idea of deadlines or when to do it, everyone said something different. No one calls back as they say they will. I should be on 2.19% interest but they stuck me on 3.99% and it's taken 4 months so far and they've still not completed the switch. Absolutely terrible bank for mortgages, don't go with them!!!
