my advice is not to use leeds building society for building and contents insurance, as they are agents for aviva insurance.
leeds building insurance attempted to rip me off by trying to charge me in excess of £800 for the same policy from aviva for £240.
so much for the propagnda, and to quote leeds "we have our members interest at the heart of our business"
not only did leeds lose my business but i did not buy it from aviva either.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE FROM LEEDS / AVIVA
