We were having issues with slow broadband speed and placed a question twitter to see if it was a geographic problem.
Within 20 minutes we received a call from Gareth who diligently went through the issue with me. We moved the router from it's current position and Gareth also noticed the interference on the line. Once the broadband was working he also undertook a line check which cleared the interference.
